Hello.
Apologies for this note.It doesnt have much to do with this latest blog. I wonder if you could advise me. I'll be in Cape Town over from the UK in April and have signed up for TOM (half). I am being told that i am unable to run with my MP3 Player.Im gutted as i do all my training with this an actually guage my run by which song i am on!If i take that chance and run with it would they really kick me out of the race? Its not as if i will cross the line first - last maybe but not first. Thanks for the advice and again sorry if this is the wrong forum.

Thanks for your supportive comments Candice. My goodness, you and your Mum are setting the bar pretty high. What an inspiration!
Great story. It echoes so many of my own thoughts so far and I'll keep an eye on your progress.

Best regards
Michael
