		<description>As one of the &#039;older generation&#039;- stick to it. It certainly is different from road running and takes a lot more concentration. From experience I&#039;ve found that very few, if any, trail runs start on a level or downhill - all take off on an uphill! Enjoy - hope this Sunday&#039;s is better than last. :)</description>

		<description>I was also there (didn&#039;t see you though) and it was definitely a tough run. 1km on trail is like 1.5km on the road, but I do believe it&#039;s worth it. Good luck on Sunday, I&#039;ll probably be running as well.</description>

		<description>The few times I&#039;ve run on trails, I have not enjoyed it at all.  I much prefer the solid footing a good path provides.  I&#039;ll take concrete or asphalt over dirt and rocks any day of the week!</description>
