		<description>Well, I might actually be the polar opposite. I think my Ideal distance is 15km. I love the 21s, but always feel the last 3 KMs are a bit of a struggle... (when I want to finish under 95 mins) and boy, running a brisk pace on a 10K is probably a lot nicer for me than slogging it out on a 20k + race at half the pace!

I have a lot of respect for the Ultra Athletes... My mind kicks my A$$ when I consider doing those...

		<description>I&#039;ve noticed doing 5Ks that my body is happier doing long distances. Those sprint like races really are not as fun as a good half marathon. But you had a great time!
