		<description>Candice! You really did &quot;walk-the-walk&quot; - so to say.  VERY well done.  And from someone who&#039;s never taken a painkiller on a race, I&#039;m glad you didn&#039;t.  I have an admission to make: When you baled on the Weskus 42 because of that knee injury I thought you probably wouldn&#039;t make it to the start so the fact that not only did you overcome that injury and get the training in after this but also give me a hiding on Comrades (you made me look like I was reverse-parking on Polly&#039;s!) is awesome.  R-E-S-P-E-C-T!  My tip for now: Take it easy and pig out on those unhealthy foods you&#039;ve really been missing until spring!  It&#039;s a bitch to train outside on a miserable Cape winter&#039;s day!</description>
